Several alleged prior sexual assaults against Bill Cosby are the subject of a lawsuit. The accusers include Janice Dickinson and Lili Bernard. Janice and Lili are two of the nine women who have accused Cosby of sexual assault and battery in Nevada between 1979 and 1992, according to the lawsuit acquired by TMZ. The ladies claimed that some of the alleged occurrences happened in Cosby’s suite at the same Las Vegas hotel.
The Cosby Show actor Lili claims that Cosby set up her 1990 trip from New York to Nevada. Lili played a character on The Cosby Show. Under the pretense of arranging a meeting with Hollywood producers, he did so. But Cosby told her when she got to Las Vegas that the producers couldn’t go. He chose to offer her a mentorship session in his hotel suite instead. She claims that Cosby pushed her to drink something that gave her a woozy, bewildered, and nauseous feeling. Lili claims that the alcohol’s effects led her to pass out in Cosby’s suite. She claims that when she eventually came to, she was lying next to a naked Cosby.

Assertions made by Janice Dickinson regarding Bill Cosby were likewise unsettling. She contends that Cosby extended an invitation to her to visit Lake Tahoe in 1982 in the lawsuit. Under the guise of talking about a potential part for his TV show, he allegedly did so. She reported having cramps while eating dinner. For her pain relief, Cosby provided her a medication. After taking the medication, Janice claims she experienced dizziness and confusion. Following her objections and attempts to fend him off, Cosby allegedly led her to his suite where she claims he sexually attacked her.
Lili and Janice both claim that Cosby had intercourse with them against their will and without their permission. They assert that they couldn’t have given consent or resisted the sexual actions because they weren’t physically or psychologically competent to. The women are suing Cosby for damages after claiming that he caused them emotional pain, embarrassment, mental agony, and humiliation. Naturally, the accusations have been refuted by the lawyer representing the disgraced former actor and comedian.
